Victoria, 20, looked amazing at H&M’s Sunset Boulevard store on April 4, celebrating the launch of their new Conscious Collection.

We love how Victoria’s skin looked soft and pretty on the carpet, without looking overdone. You can use a product like NARS Orgasm Illuminator to get flawless, glowing skin! Victoria Justice is known for her vibrant sense of style – as well as being an emerging actress and singer – so her colourful, summery outfit at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards came as no surprise. The brunette opted for a short dress that positively exploded onto the already neon red carpet (kids like colour, figures) with a gorgeous outfit and a killer beauty look.

Victoria’s floral, citrus-coloured dress demanded a careful selection when it came to her make-up and her accessories. As far as the latter is concerned, she passed with flying colours – literally – in bright orange heels and a copper alligator skin clutch bag. Everything was coordinated in some way or another with one of the colours on her dress, bringing her outfit together perfectly.

Hot style detail: The real winner was Victoria’s lime green nail varnish, especially as she had a matching manicure and pedicure combo going on!

DIY: Vibrant nail varnish is huge right now and bright colours are perfect for a fresh springtime look. We suggest you get busy with the nail polish sometime very soon!

Victoria’s hair and make-up were also ideal for a light, sunny look with a simple wavy hairstyle, paired with a natural make-up style and black kohl. This was a gorgeous mix of intensity and simplicity which resulted in a look that was neither too much nor two little… you might say she struck a balance.

Seeing as this look was so fabulous, why not steal it? All you need is a natural make-up style, combined with a subtle line of kohl along your lower lashline and a thin line of liquid eyeliner on your upper lashline. Easy.

We already had a serious style crush on Victoria Justice, but running into her at Alice + Olivia’s Fall 2013 presentation last night only made our hearts grow fonder. The adorable 19-year-old actress was decked out in a floral peplum dress, chunky ’80s earrings, and bright red lipstick. She was super friendly and eager to answer our pressing questions—like how the heck do you dress cute in the cold? What products (specifically!) does she use for that flawless complexion? And, of course, what pearls of wisdom does she have about love?

StyleBistro: It’s freezing! What’s your go-to cold weather outfit?
Victoria Justice: I have this one great coat from Zara that’s kind of military inspired. And then just a great scarf, I love bold colors because I feel like it really makes my skin color pop. And just throwing on a hat, I love slouchy beanies!

SB: Your skin is so flawless, what products do you use to make that happen?
VJ: For everyday skinwear, I use this stuff by Dermalogica, it’s called Treatment Foundation but it’s very sheer and I just throw it on with my fingers. It has a nice glow to it. I also use this stuff by Benefit called Posietint which is a lip stain and a cheek stain. So I try not to pile too much on.

SB: With Valentine’s day coming up, what would you be your one bit of love advice for our readers?
VJ: I would say never depend on someone else do provide you with happiness, because at the end of the day, happiness comes from within.
